Information You Submit
Search Queries
A query entered into a third-party search box is sent to the company operating that tool so it can process the request. The provider’s own policy controls its handling of the query. This reference site does not keep a copy of the terms entered into those search fields.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If you email the site operator, the message and reply details may be retained to answer the request and keep the correspondence together. Access should be limited to people handling the inquiry, except where disclosure is legally required.

- Pages requested and approximate time spent
- Referring page, when a browser provides it
- Date and time of a page request
Cookies and Site Measurement
Cookies are small files a browser can save to support site functions and aggregate usage measurement. Analytics tools may summarize which pages receive visits and where navigation stops. You can manage cookies through browser settings; disabling them can affect some site behavior.
How Visit Data Is Used

Warrant Records Are Not Stored Here
Collin County Warrant Records does not host or sell a warrant database or individual case files. It provides general directions to official sources, including Collin County Judicial Online Search, the District Clerk, the County Clerk, the four JP precincts, city courts, and Sheriff Records and Warrants. This website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled here into consumer reports or profiles about another person.
Outside Search Providers
Some search fields connect to independent companies. Information entered in one of those fields is handled under that company’s policy and retention choices. This site does not control how a provider stores, uses, or shares a submitted query. Read its privacy terms before deciding to send information.
Linked Government and Vendor Sites
Links lead to official Collin County and city offices as well as independent vendors. When you leave this site, the destination sets the terms for information it receives. Check that office’s or provider’s privacy notice before submitting personal details.
Advertising companies may use their own systems to measure activity across websites or tailor ads. Their tracking is governed by their own settings and policies.
Possible Data Recipients
Information associated with a visit or request may be available to these service categories:
- The search company that receives a submitted query
- Analytics services used to aggregate traffic and performance data
- Advertising networks associated with page ads
- A government or law-enforcement body when a valid legal demand requires disclosure
Security Measures
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information handled by the site. No internet-connected service can promise perfect security, so these steps cannot guarantee that information will never be exposed or accessed improperly.
Visitors Under 18
This reference site is intended for adults and is not designed to collect personal information from children. An independent search provider may have its own age and deletion procedures; review that provider’s policy if information was entered into its tool.
Texas Data Rights
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, in Business and Commerce Code Chapter 541, provides certain rights for covered controllers and consumers, subject to the law’s scope and exemptions. Where it applies, rights can include asking to access, correct, or delete personal data, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of specified processing. The statute does not mean every operator or every category of data is covered.
- Request access to covered personal data
- Ask for correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion where the statute provides that right
- Opt out of processing for specified purposes
Read Texas Business and Commerce Code Chapter 541. Search providers separately receive their own requests for information sent to their systems.
